Are you suffering from nightmares and disturbing recollections during the day. Do you also experience sleep problems, depression, feeling detached or numb, or being easily startled? Do you lose interest in things you used to enjoy and have trouble feeling affectionate?
As for all of our men and women, pathfinder support group’s offer a tremendous foundation for those struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and any of the issues mentioned above. By creating our safe and trusting environment, our members find it extremely easy to begin to let go of negative thoughts and begin to re-program these negative thoughts, patterns and habits for positive ones that support growth and life change. Those with PTSD often isolate themselves, or keep their pain and trauma private, exacerbating its impact. A support/results group provides an opportunity to break out of this limiting way of dealing with trauma.
