Wallace joins Forté from The Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy, a statewide nonprofit organization, where she devoted a year of service to the AmeriCorps Program as the communications coordinator. She worked closely with the Policy/Advocacy Director promoting the KIDS COUNT Datacenter to generate awareness about the challenges youth across Oklahoma face and to advocate for positive change on their behalf at the Capitol. Wallace created and distributed monthly e-newsletters and legislative updates for The Institute while managing its website and social media presence. She graduated from Harding University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
