New functionality includes:
- A brand new, easier-to-use user interface
- Bing Maps integration
- Cross-browser functionality
- Skype integration
An additional update will be rolled out over the coming weeks to provide further integration for Yammer and a dedicated Sales Force Automation (SFA) interface for iPad users, further enhancing the user experience.
The CRM Business is running an hour-long webinar on 18th February at 3pm to share more information about this update and how the new features benefit UK organisations.
