Amy and Mike Kass, a husband and wife, founded EasyFoodandWine.com in 2008 to provide simple, easy-to-make recipes paired with wines that any home cook or enthusiast could prepare and enjoy. Mike is the family’s ‘chef’ and designs each of the site’s recipes, and Amy is the ‘wine expert’ and chooses the wine pairings for each recipe.
