Jan. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- DISMISSED!!!! Im sure Reardon knows who really sent the texts messages!

"The statement of Mr. Reardon complains of various text messages being sent to his phone between August 23rd and September 1st from a phone card, but indicates HE (REARDON) DOES NOT KNOW WHO SENT THE TEXT MESSAGES"

"There is no EVIDENCE that the defendant committed the offenses charged"

All the accusatory instruments are based SOLELY upon information and BELIEF of the victim, John Reardon

ABSENT ARE FACTS that the defendant committed the offenses charged.

People who do not know the facts SHOULD NOT BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE.

The Associated Press should be knocking on REARDONS DOOR asking him why he filed a false complaint.

The coach of a youth baseball team called the Long Island Vengeance allegedly pursued a real-life vengeance of his own against a rival coach.

Robert Sanfilippo, 45, was arrested Friday on 20 counts of aggravated harassment and one count of stalking during a game at Baseball Heaven in Yaphank, N.Y.

Police said Sanfilippo bought an untraceable cell phone after an altercation with John Reardon, a rival coach, in May.

He then sent “several text messages with pictures, threatening to do harm to the victim, his son, and his wife,” the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office said in statement.
