Lose Weight in 8 is an 8-week weight loss program that teaches how to set yourself up for success on your LIFETSYLE change. It includes 2 days a week of small group training and a weekly Lifestyles meeting which focuses on nutrition, support, motivation, and accountability.
"Shasta Athletic Club offers complimentary childcare service with membership, as well as a fit launch. New members get one hour with a representative from the training department to help acclimate to the gym and the health equipment.
