Jan. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- On his 8th full-length album, Kevin takes us on a trip through hometown heartache, redemptive love and shows his ever expanding versatility in songwriting and production. Still featuring his distinctive vocals and guitar work, he brings the beat up front in many of these songs and captures some intensely varied moods as he switches from funky to folksy, soulful to bluesy, and delivers some of his most quality tunes yet.

A little about Sandbloom:
Eight full-length albums and an EP under his belt, lovers of soul music regard Kevin Sandbloom as a performer at the top of his game. Recently, he opened for Saul Williams, Bilal, Gil Scott-Heron and co-featured with Umar bin Hassan of the Last Poets. He wrote the title track for Grammy-nominated guitar legend Robben Ford’s Supernatural album and has had a feature appearance on the ABC Family series “Lincoln Heights.” Kevin Sandbloom is currently touring and promoting his latest recording, VIVA LOS ANGELES, which includes the singles "Viva Los Angeles," "All Night Long" and "Woman."
