By: rally4life Australian entrepreneur and paraglider pilot, Adrian McRae wanted to organise a legendary adventure.. something that would provide a thrill for the participants and yet leave behind a meaningful contribution to the local social infrastructure. “I spoke to Adrian last year about the project and we discussed what he wanted to achieve by raising a million dollars for three charities that work in the country of Tanzania. It took a lot of effort to get the permits in place for the adventure and you only need to spend a short amount of time talking to Adrian to realise that his heart is in the right place” said Jennings-Bates, adding “I am thrilled and fortunate to be part of the team and of course, Rally4Life as a charity will benefit from the exposure I can generate although they currently work in Kenya and not Tanzania.
