And in 2013, www.momondo.co.uk is following 27 upcoming, new faces closely – the faces of a diversity of young talents, carefully chosen for the international sponsorship program “Local Fighters”, because they fight with determination to reach their goals, realise their dreams, and showcase their unique talents to the world.

momondo spotted the 27 “Local Fighters” in nine different countries around Europe, and they all represent a diversity of talent within sport, fashion, music and more. momondo’s international sponsorship program is designed to encourage and inspire these young stars, helping turn the world’s eyes in their direction.

In 2013, momondo will follow three “Local Fighters” in the UK:

"It is fantastic to be working on such an inspirational project, following the personal stories of these three UK talents throughout 2013. Through the program we hope to not only drive our Local Fighters forward, but also inspire all young people – proving that the world is open to them, and success at an early age is truly possible," says Leila Stocker, UK PR Director.

Throughout 2013, momondo will follow “Local Fighters” in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Russia, the Netherlands, France and Denmark.
