The company just released a "like" report on Facebook called The Top 20 real estate agents in Middle TN 2012. These agents are mega producers and are keeping the Nashville area real estate market humming.
While there were about 90 properties that sold for at least $1,000,000 in Davidson County in 2012, Realty Processing, Inc. reports that a majority of the money was transacted in homes that sold between $200,000 and $1,000,000. Many of those transactions included Nashville short sales and foreclosures.
