Our 2013 Texas Child Support Calculator has a new feature this year: Texas law has changed to allow those who make mandatory retirement plan contributions instead of paying social security to deduct those contributions from net resources.
Input no more than six variables and the app will compute the amount of child support payable monthly, twice per month, every two weeks and weekly.
* Whether self employed
* Gross income (annually, monthly, twice per month, every other week or weekly)
* Number of children before court
* Cost of health insurance for children
* Number of other children supporting
* Mandatory retirement contribution if no social security paid
