Ms. Hoxhalli has more than 10 years of customer service and managerial experience in banking and retail business services in the Tampa Bay area. She obtained a bachelor’s of science degree in management from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She is fluent in Spanish, Albanian, French, Italian and English. She lives in St. Petersburg.
