Flagler Dental Associates Participating in Give Kids A Smile® Event

Palm Coast, FL –Flagler Dental Associates is excited to announce that they are participating in the Volusia/Flagler County Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile Day at their Flagler Dental South office.

Dr.s’ Lacy, Olson, Mahoney, Smith and their staff, volunteer their time, talent and resources for low-income and disadvantaged children in the Flagler County community through this event.

“We are happy to do our part to help support the health of children in our community,” says Dr. Smith. “This is one way we can give back to the kids to put them on the right track to good dental hygiene that will last a lifetime,” he added.

When this annual event was created in 1990, the purpose was to aid in the epidemic of untreated oral disease among disadvantaged children. It is also National Children’s Dental Health Month in February.

The goal is to create healthy smiles and offer tips on proper dental hygiene.
The event will be held February 1st this year. Flagler Dental Associates will treat patients from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at their South location at 97 Flagler Plaza Drive location.

Each visit will include a dental exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, and potentially treating any cavities if time permits.

The Volusia/Flagler County Dental Association is a local affiliate of the Florida Dental Association. Comprised of approximately 150 dentists from the two counties, their mission is to improve the health of the public; promote the art and science of dentistry; and promote fellowship among the member dentists.

Flagler Dental Associates has been serving the Flagler County community for over 40 years. They are accepting new patients and offer cleanings, implants, x-rays, teeth restorations, whitening, crowns, dentures, porcelain bridges, veneers, and more.
