Fort Worth Laser Clinic Offers Free Tattoo Removal Through "Sweetheart" Contest

First place receives complete removal of any tattoo up to 16 square inches.  Second place receives 50% off complete removal of any tattoo up to 16 square inches.  Third places receives 10% off complete removal of any tattoo up to 16 square inches.

Entries will be judged on creativity, the positive effect tattoo removal could have on the recipient, and the quality of writing style.  Entries must be received by Vanish no later than 5pm, Monday, February 11th, 2013.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries or multiple entries made by the same person will be disqualified.  Treatment must be started within 1 month of winner announcement by Vanish.  Treatment must be received at Vanish's Fort Worth location.  All treatments must be completed within a12 month period to receive the free laser treatments.  Winning recipient must consent to the procedure.  If winning recipient does not, the prize is forfeited and author of the entry has no further claims to the prize. No purchase required for entry. Prize is not transferable.
