Incentive Federation Inc. Launches Right to Recognize Initiative

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 23, 2013 - Spotsylvania, VA - January 23, 2013 - Incentive Federation Inc. traveled to Las Vegas, NV last week to attend the 2013 PPAI Expo for the purpose of soft launching its new grassroots initiative, Right to Recognize.

Right to Recognize encourages Corporate America and professionals from every segment of the incentive marketplace to become advocates by educating and raising awareness within the community and with their local legislators.    

Incentive Federation’s Attorney, George Delta, and Managing Director, Jessica Tadlock, met with Expo participants to discuss the importance of taking an active role by hosting webinars, publishing memorandums, writing their local legislators, joining Incentive Federation Inc. and following social media for updates on Right to Recognize.  

“It is imperative that industry players take an active role in advocating for their livelihoods.  Specifically, education does not end with industry contacts.  It is necessary to also take time to educate legislators.  Legislators versed in industry practice should enable us to protect existing legislation; and when faced with proposals, we believe they will be less likely to sign off on something that may inhibit an entity’s right to motivate and recognize its employees.  Should such existing legislation be lost or restrictive legislation passed, it would be to the detriment of all players,” said Jessica Tadlock.
