The length of the guarantee offered will depend on the nature of the work that has been carried out. If the engineer has changed or replaced a part, or undertaken basic repair work, the guarantee period will run for one hundred days from the date of completion. If a brand new boiler has been installed, or pipework has been entirely replaced, Ability will provide a twelve month guarantee as standard. Guarantees can usually be upgraded on request, though the end agreement will depend on the job and the area in which the work has been completed.
