Highlighting how it helps in lowering the bad cholesterol levels he further adds, “Its high content of mono-saturated fats (61%) along with polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) can help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by lowering LDL (bad cholesterol)
When we spoke to Jivo Wellness, India's largest seller of Canola Oil, they had to add "Canola Oil is the most heart and brain friendly cooking oil that has high Omega-3 (10%) and the best Omega-3:6 ratio (1:2).
