Tecpro wins supply order worth Rs139.8 cr

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 23, 2013 - Mumbai: Tecpro Systems Ltd has won a Rs139.8 crore order from the West Bengal Power Development Corp Ltd for supply of ash handling plant turnkey package. The said facility will be utilized at the Sagardighi Thermal power extension project, Phase-II, Units 3 and 4 (2×500 MW) alongwith erection and other related services.

Scope of work under the order also involves design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, inspection, packing, inland transportation, erection, civil and structural works, commissioning and testing of the complete ash handling plant package.

Commenting on the company’s recent order inflow Amul Gabrani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Tecpro Systems said, “We have witnessed good transactions this years, with our current orders worth Rs2,300 crore against Rs1,638 crore booked during the same period a year ago.” The company’s total order book position stands at about Rs4,500 crore.
