Lee & Associates Offices Team Up to Close $3.19 Million Industrial Sale

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 22, 2013 - Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has closed the sale of a 25,789-square-foot industrial property in Lake Forest, Calif. The transaction value was $3.19 million.

Vice President Dale Camera and Senior Associate Jason Helmick of Lee’s Irvine office represented the seller, Dynamic Auto Sports, an automotive supply company. Senior Vice President Mike Giuliano of Lee’s Ontario office represented the buyer, SE-GI Products, an RV window replacement company.

According to Camera, the buyer plans to use the building for manufacturing and sales. “This transaction was an example of two motivated parties finding common ground and taking this deal across the finish line,” he added.

Located at 20521 Teresita, the property was built in 1991.
