AVANCE Announces Launch Of Its New Website

AVANCE, Inc. (ah-vahn-ceh) is pleased to announce the launch of its new website.  It is designed to encourage supporters to further engage with the agency, while directing program participants to needed information to be become better parents. The English and Spanish site, has been redesigned with a new look which is quick and easy to use. It contains resources and an e-commerce store.  To access the site, please visit www.avance.org.

“The launch of our new website in this new year marks another high point in our Agency’s development, said Richard J. Noriega, President and CEO.  “This new site is both inviting and exciting.  It will provide a wealth of information to not only parents and educators but to everyone.”

Designed by the Moxie Sozo Design and Advertising agency, the new site features a new color scheme reminiscent of the Annual Fiesta Celebration held in with San Antonio and uses primary shapes to convey a “school-house feel.”

A newly developed e-commerce store, allows users to browse and purchase AVANCE educational merchandise. AVANCE Alumni will also have a place on the site to share stories and to volunteer.

For parents and parent educators, AVANCE has also included an expanded resource section with links to best practices in Early Childhood and Parenting Education. An interactive map showing all of the cities where AVANCE sites are located is also available.

AVANCE is one of the oldest and largest two-generational family support programs in the country. In the spring of 2014, the National Office of AVANCE will celebrate 40 years of empowering families through education. Stay tuned for more.
