Jan. 22, 2013 - Los Angeles – Hazel Blue Studios announces the 3rd annual
Untying Valentine's Knots Sunday February 17, 2013 2:00-7:00pm. This singular celebration of self will be held in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Atwater Village at Hazel Blue Studios 3058 1/2 Glendale Blvd., 90039. An event to release and let go of the pressure or stress surrounding Valentine's Day or life in general. Taking a moment to engage in self-soothing behavior, giving yourself permission to relax and breath. The event will begin with Body Positive Yoga at 2:00pm with Thea Pueschel C.Ht. CYT, followed by mini-sessions 3:15-5:45pm choose from Reiki with Adriana Franco or Allegra Franco, Chair Massage with Rachel Hardy LMT, Handwriting Analysis with Tabitha Nieto C.Ht.. The day will conclude with Restorative Yoga with Kyle McGough RYT 6:00-7:00pm. All activities are first come first serve. The community is invited to participate in all activities or to pick and choose. Enjoy beverages and snacks outside on the patio. Create a seed ball of change at our complimentary manifestation station.
Untying Valentine's Knots is a community based event and open to the public. This is an evening of fun and relaxation. It is recommended to arrive on time in order to try all modalities. This is a free event, to engage the public in mindfulness and opening themselves to self-soothing behavior.
Reiki Master Adriana Franco and Allegra Franco of Mind Body Therapy will be providing Reiki. Rachel Hardy, LMT of Bodywork by Rachel will be providing chair massages. Tabitha Nieto, C.Ht. of Infinite Well Hypnosis will be providing handwriting analysis. Co-owners of Hazel Blue Studios Kyle McGough RYT and Thea Pueschel, C.Ht. CYT (also of Hypnotiq Solutions) will be offering yoga classes.
