"Thokku is a product unlike any other in the market, with a new cooking technique and new flavors; it is authentic and truly versatile. Thokku is a Tamil creation, from the Southern state of Tamil Nadu in India. The closest one can describe Thokku is as a cooked-down relish made with mainly fruits, vegetables and herbs. The flavors and cooking technique are unique to the product. Three initial varieties—tomato, tomato garlic, and cranberry—come in varied heat levels (medium, hot, and extra hot) to please different palates.

From breakfast to dinner, there are many uses for Thokku. It goes great with eggs-over-easy; mix with steamed rice and edamame or sautéed cauliflower, and you have a tasty vegetarian meal; makes an excellent appetizer many ways.
Initial launch of the product line, since summer 2012, across Michigan and some of Ohio, has received rave reviews.
JaynRoss Creations LLC is a Michigan-based company. Its Member Managers are Jay Dharmapadam and Ross Johnston, who founded the company in 2012 out of a desire to bring their knowledge of and passion for South Indian cuisine to the American market.
