Dominick Tringali, CEO and President of Dominick Tringali Architects is headed to the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders Show in Las Vegas on Monday to join a panel of nationally recognized architects in a presentation titled “Capture the Buyers Interest Using Great Curb Appeal.”
Tringali and the other members of the panel have created this educational program for custom and production builders, designers, realtors, and others in the housing industry. It will give attendees an inspiring reference point to achieve the best visual appeal for their dollar, and will also show them how to use this visual appeal to attract potential buyers to model homes and available product.
The panel will focus on topics such as “Staying True to Style,” which provides design examples of new, modernized homes reflecting classic architectural styles such as Tudor, Colonial, French Manor, etc. They will also demonstrate important design elements such as proper “Mass and Form,” and implementing appropriate architectural details and building materials.
Dominick’s presentation will include examples of many of DTA’s recent projects, including award winning production and homes, and stunning new St. James Model, built by Moceri Homes and designed by Dominick Tringali in their new collaboration which began in late 2012, called “The Dominick Tringali Architectural Collection.”
