Jan. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Highlights from Safeguard’s 2012 National Property Preservation Conference

Safeguard Properties, a leading entity in the mortgage field services industry, holds its National Property Preservation Conference annually. The event is open to industry professionals each year.  The last such meeting was held in Chicago, Illinois, November 7th through November 9th, 2012.  The conference invited keynote speakers from the property preservation and real estate industries.

State of the Property Preservation Industry and Pending Changes

Many presenters at each conference discuss, in depth, the state of the mortgage field services and the foreclosure cleanup industries. It’s an excellent outlet for real estate service businesses like REO trash out companies, lawn maintenance businesses, handyman services, electricians, plumbers, full-service foreclosure cleaning businesses, and the like, to attend.

The annual National Property Preservation Conference sheds good light on new and coming industry policies, overall foreclosure cleaning industry procedures, foreclosure data, municipal fine information, bank walk-away banter, and most importantly, pending changes, that may help smaller outfits to service the property preservation industry effectively.

But the attendance cost can be prohibitive for many budding, grassroots foreclosure cleanup type entrepreneurs.

Free Conference Summaries and Highlights

Though the attendance fee may keep many smaller businesses away (last year, it was $725 to attend), entrepreneurs can get a peek at information shared at the conference. See the link provided below for video presentations, slides and November 2012 Property Preservation Conference summaries.

Share What You Learn with Colleagues

If you are a real estate services provider, such as a foreclosure clean-up company, REO trashout service, lawn care company, painter, locksmith, HVAC technician, plumber, electrician, handyman service, junk hauler, cleaning business, or you provide similar property preservation services, favorite the link referenced below and plan to view the videos and read over the material referenced over the next couple of weeks. This way, you are current on industry happenings.

Industry Knowledge Sparks “Growth” Ideas

Industry knowledge will inevitably spark news ideas for networking, marketing and small business growth. Consider sharing the information you learn with colleagues (i.e., even your “competition”). Why? It’s a reason to “touch” your competition. You can use this sharing opportunity, for example, to introduce your company and perhaps ask for future referral work if your competition is too busy to handle a job.

See the summaries hyperlink in the article at http://www.foreclosure-cleanup-blog.com/?p=8277 for November 2012 Property Preservation Conference summaries, slides, presentations and overall highlights.

Industry reading is a vital part in growing your foreclosure cleaning and real estate services enterprise.

Good luck with your foreclosure cleanup business this year and beyond.
