At Smashburger, the goal is to WOW each guest. “Excite and Delight” is their motto when it comes to giving outstanding service. Guests are encouraged to fill out online surveys that provide instant feedback to the Smashburger team. Every time a guest gives the team a service “WOW”, it’s added to our WOW Alert board. Additionally, mystery shoppers frequently visit and provide detailed reports about their complete experience. This helps the Smashburger team always know what guests want and how to keep improving.

The Celebrated Service Awards is a program developed by Celebration Cinemas to reignite a conversation about service throughout the community that leads to meaningful change in the way people view and give service. The contest runs through January 31st. The winning team will receive $5,000, a movie party, movie passes and a year of promotion in the media and in the theatres of Celebration Cinema.
