PRLog - Jan. 18, 2013 - EL CAJON, Calif. -- We are a growing organization of players, parents and coaches with the sole purpose of empowering youth athletes to be their best. We are developing the most comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and informational/
On-the-field we provide one-to-one coaching (position specific), small group mini-camps, training videos, in-depth training in areas like: weight training, strength/speed training, diet, game strategy and much more! Off-the-field we will provide insight and examples to ”The Big 3 C’s.”
Your Character will determine your destiny, success in the Classroom will shape your future, and Commitment to your team will determine the trust and respect you get (or don’t get) from others. We also educate parents and players on how to best handle the recruiting process or how an athlete can promote himself if he is not being heavily recruited. Many athletes can be over-looked simply by playing a position in a scheme that does not emphasize that player’s talents, such as a receiver who plays in an option oriented running attack.
We offer expert 1-to-1 coaching, mini-camps, eBooks, and a professional library of instructional videos available for instant download in our store. Athletes wishing to enroll in the personal coaching program will be assigned a mentor position coach in their area. Athletes who would like to take advantage of the on-line instructional videos will be able to choose their position and topic of interest. Most videos average 15 minutes. Each video module will have a short ‘movie trailer’ to give you a taste of the video content. And each video will specify certain fundamentals that are portions of an entire coaching video designed to educate the athlete on the proper fundamentals of his position.
Our videos are taught by former professional or collegiate players and coaches. It is our opinion that, given the time in the off-season to take advantage of this program, more detailed and advanced techniques can be taught to high school level athletes which will give them an edge. It is often thought that high school athletes are not capable of learning advanced techniques (that are taught in the NFL) but this is where we disagree. Given the time to learn these techniques, even the most inexperienced players can learn them with the time and commitment.
The high school programs that have success year in and year out are those that have the resources to provide good coaching and extensive off-season training. Unfortunately, this is typically limited to very few public schools and mostly private schools that have the necessary financial resources and facilities.
