“Dean is an important addition to the GAI team,” stated Mark Jesse, Assistant Vice President and Midwest Community Development Manager. “He not only brings diverse technical and management expertise, but a solid understanding of the current challenges and needs of Wisconsin municipalities.”
Dean holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and is a registered professional engineer. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Water Environment Federation, Wisconsin Rural Water Association, Wisconsin Water Association, and the Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association. Dean will augment GAI’s water and wastewater expertise in the Midwest from the firm’s Green Bay, Wisconsin office.
