Mexican Beef is Quality and Excellence for the Dining Experience.
The Mexican Beef Exporter Association is launching a series of seminars to promote its beef products to restaurants and hotels. The first seminar will take place on January 22nd at the Hilton in Universal City, CA.
The seminar will include a presentation on the Mexican beef production, Chef Roberto Berrelleza and a tasting. Rogelio Perez, will highlight the value of Mexican beef and how to expand the eating experience and maximize yield and profits. Chef Berrelleza will speak on the various cuts of meat and to incorporate the beef into a variety of dishes. The new part to this seminar will be the tasting where attendees will have the opportunity to tastes three different dishes: Rib-Eye Steak, Roast Beef and Fajitas.

The 11 brands which make up the Mexican Beef is Arias, Don Fileto, Karnika,Bona Carne, Don Saul Carne, Praderas Huastecas, Santa Cecilia, Gusi Carne, CarSon, Carne ViBa and Ganaderia Revuelta.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Hilton Los Angeles - Universal City - 555 Universal Hollywood Drive, Universal City, CA 91608.
Mexican Beef Exporters Association (Mexican Beef), a nonprofit association comprised of Mexican companies focused on beef exports. It was founded by the Mexican Beef Feedlotters Association which is comprised of beef producers primarily in Northern and Central Mexico.
