The Inn of Chicago, a 359-room boutique hotel, is located in the heart of Chicago just steps off the Magnificent Mile at 162 East Ohio Street. Prior to joining this hotel’s team, Morgenstern served as the director of revenue management at the Embassy Suites Chicago-Downtown.

Morgenstern has developed her keen knowledge of revenue management in similar roles with the Homewood Suites in Chicago and both Hotel Orrington and Hilton Garden Inn of Evanston, IL. She currently resides on the North Side of Chicago with her two children.
