Jan. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Chicago, January 17, 2013 –  Chicagoland Sunbelt, announces that Burt Evans, Business Broker, completed the sale of a limousine company located in the western suburbs of Chicago. The limo company was the leading provider in its geographic area with excellent on-line reviews.  The seller was looking to retire and sought a business sale as the best way to exit the business.
With Evans’ prior success in selling a limousine company he had a network of interested buyers.  Mr. Evans was able to use Chicagoland Sunbelt’s database of over 20,000 buyers to identify those who were interested in the previous sale of a limousine company.  The ultimate buyer of the business was contacted within seven days after it had gone on the market.  The transaction closed in four months while most business sales take six to nine months.

Prior to Sunbelt, most of Mr. Evans career was spent founding, operating and selling a 12-store retail chain which was a leader in its industry category. He has experience in all aspects of running his own business. In selling one of his own businesses, Mr. Evans retained a business broker to assist in the transition.
