Epson to present latest wide format printer range at Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East 2013

Jan. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- 17 January 2013 – Epson has announced that it is putting up a bigger, state-of-the-art exhibition stand for a more expansive showcase of its latest imaging solutions during its participation at the 16th Sign & Graphic Imaging (SGI) Middle East, the largest and the longest-running event for the region’s signage, outdoor media, screen and digital printing industries that will run from January 20 to 22, 2013 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The new “SC-S50610” and “SC-S70610” S Series signage printers will top-bill the Epson exhibition at SGI Middle East. Designed for print companies that need maximum quality and application flexibility, the 8- and 10-colour SureColor SC-S70610 is Epson’s first 64-inch (162.6cm) roll-fed printer to support orange, light black, white and metallic inks simultaneously. A compelling package for companies with high throughput requirements, the SureColor SC-S50610 is a 64-inch (162.6cm), 4- and 5-colour (CMYK /CMYK + white) roll-fed printer that sets new performance standards in the highly competitive indoor and outdoor signage sector.

Epson’s new “SC-T5000” and “SC-T7000” T Series SureColor wide-format printers will also be presented during the event. Designed to fit seamlessly into the office environment, the SC-T5000 and SC-T7000 offer fast, reliable printing on coated and non-coated media up to 36-inch (914mm) and 44-inch (1,118mm) wide, respectively. Epson will also provide a special presentation of the Epson Stylus Pro 11880, the world’s first true high-quality wide-format printer that produces crisp color and black and white prints up to 64 inches. Also to be showcased at SGI Middle East are the Epson Stylus Pro 4900, the Epson DiscProducer PP-100, and the Epson Expression XL 10000 scanner. Epson will also be displaying a range of sample labels, as well as sample textiles for the forthcoming Epson textile printers.
