University of Toronto Students send a letter to Brigitte Bardot

Jan. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- January 12, 2013 student union group University of Toronto Principles of Structural Ego-Energetics (UofTPOSEE) sent a letter to Mrs. Bardot.

The foundation of our activity is an ideology of Structural Ego-Energetics. From this standpoint, globalization is a phenomenon that belongs to the development of the life's mind. It's a quality that unfolds as a necessity throughout time. As a new phenomenon, in certain groups and individuals it initiates a state of confusion and neurosis and evokes negative human features. And adversely, in other parts of the world it awakens positive qualities, creative and academic values. We are a group of students that belongs to the 2nd category in this process of globalization. Celebration that globalization carries depends on the relation between the two aspects. But this is not a war, this is a part of our development.

The contents of the letter are the following:

Dear Mrs. Bardot,

I am a president of a student union at the University of Toronto that helps students accomplish themselves in academic, intellectual, creative and other spheres of their lives.

You were always with us as an element of beauty and genius from the upper world, from the world of the big screens. Our group was initiated and functions out of compassion. We possess a theatricalised psychological method that help those who are in need of it. Recently we witnessed your action driven by the same feeling of compassion, like a knight preparing for a fight, fight for the animals in need. The old elephants worked in the circus and inspired joy and kindness in children. Today, your struggle for their survival is a struggle for that feeling of kindness in people, and first and foremost in children. We are with you in this struggle. We wrote a letter to Vladimir Putin and offered our services in that challenging situation that he found himself. We want to help without a compensation. We want to be in a place where at least a single person needs us. If a child’s tear was of the greatest importance for Dostoevsky, we consider it to be the fate and struggles of a single young individual or a creature, even if it’s a circus animal. Dear Mrs Bardot, we want you to become a member of our club. It would help our status and credibility even if you supported us with your words. It would assist us a great deal, it would expand our opportunities for fundraising. We are currently in need of means in order to implement our activities. We don't have any financial support at the moment.
