HDG Mansur Announces the Sale of a Logistics Property in Switzerland

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 16, 2013 - HDGM Advisory Services, LLC (“HDG Mansur”) has completed the sale of a property located in Niederbipp, Switzerland on behalf of a private client. The property is a modern logistics unit totaling 31,930 sq. m (343,567 sq. ft.).  The entire property is leased to Norbert Dentressangle, the international logistics company headquartered in France.  The property was sold for an undisclosed amount.
