C.T.S. Freedom Rock Experience Slated for Free Concert at NAMM Show in Anaheim

Award-winning rock band to perform free fundraising concert for American Soldier Network with local high school orchestras featuring special appearance by actor Michael Broderick January 26 in Anaheim California

 
PRLog - Jan. 16, 2013 - The award-winning rock group, C.T.S. (Consider The Source), will perform on the new Grand Plaza stage during the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Show on January 26 at 3 p.m. CTS will perform with the Yorba Linda and Esperanza High School orchestras, under the direction of Phil Mortensen and Kay Crask. Special guest appearances by actor Michael Broderick and USMC Sgt. Mark Plummer will highlight the performance. Concert donations will be dedicated to the American Soldier Network.

Broderick is a USMC veteran whose acting credits include roles in Criminal Minds, Justified, and Touch. Broderick is on the board of directors of the American Soldier Network, official sponsors of the CTS show. Plummer was severely wounded in Iraq and is now performing music as a source of alternative healing.

The NAMM Show is the world’s premier music product trade show, open only to the music instrument and product trade. “Everyone in the band is looking forward to performing at the NAMM Show since it attracts the ‘who’s-who” of the music industry from all corners of the globe,” stated CTS founder, Jeff Senour. “More importantly, NAMM believes, as we do, that making music can transform the lives of America’s youth. We created the Freedom Rock Experience concert series as a school fundraising program featuring student orchestras. We turn students into stars with professionally scored CTS music that inspires them to follow their dreams.”

Jeff Senour founded CTS in 2002. After years of concerts and two CD releases, Senour introduced the Freedom Rock Experience concert series. The series features CTS performing original, professionally scored music with select high school orchestras to assist school fundraising efforts while providing a high-profile performance experience for aspiring musicians.
