Jan. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The National Association of Realtors stated its pending home sales index rose 5.2 percent in October. Excluding a few months when the index spiked because of a homebuyer tax credit, that is the highest level since March 2007.

In general, signed purchase agreements for American property indicate where the US housing market is going. And it’s looking good for the future of US property. There's generally a one- to two-month lag between a signed contract and a completed sale.

The vast majority of surveys, reports etc are strongly indicating that the American property market is stabilizing and starting to slowly increase back to more normal levels. We are seeing again and again property prices increasing in the areas that we deal with. Of course you can still find cheap property for sale in Florida and cheap property for sale in Atlanta etc but experts believe that there is about only 2 more years left of these bargain prices until prices return to normal levels.
