Jan. 16, 2013 - Outstanding beauty, outstanding talent and outstanding performances are what you can expect at the Cardiff Harp Festival hosted by the welsh College Of Music And Drama. The main festival lasts for three days and there’s a special Valentines Day performance too. Some of the best Harpists in the world take to the stage. If you’re not enchanted by these women annd their magnificent plucking then there is no hope for you. Go along and see the festival and see what else our superb college of talent has to offer. The festival artists performed to critical acclaim throughout the USA, Europe, Russia and the Far East, sharing concert platforms with musicians of the highest calibre, including Rostropovich, Bashmet, Gallois and Vengerov. Please take a look at the website for further information. The welsh National College Of Music and Drama is one of the best places in the country for emerging talent. As well as train musicians they also allow artists to perform at the newly built theatre rooms.
