Mr. Pfeifer has over 35 years of experience representing clients in the financial services industry, with particular emphasis on lender liability defense, financial fraud investigation and recovery, regulatory compliance, and creditor representation in bankruptcy. He is currently General Counsel, a member of the Board of Directors, and the Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee for the California Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Pfeifer has been ranked AV-Preeminent for legal ability and ethical standards by his peers for over 25 years. He is an accomplished author and has published articles in a variety of leading trade journals including Mortgage Banking Magazine, Mortgage Finance, Mortgage Matters, Servicing Management, and publications of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pfeifer is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars sponsored by various industry organizations, including the CMBA, MBA and American Conference Institute, on the subjects of lender liability defense, mortgage fraud recovery, repurchase disputes, predatory lending, and regulatory compliance.

Also, joining the Orange County office are attorneys Annabelle de la Mora and Libby Wong. Ms. de la Mora has over 25 years of experience in complex civil litigation matters and was formally Vice President and Associate Counsel at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Ms. Wong has over a decade of experience in mortgage banking and commercial litigation with an emphasis on lender liability defense, mortgage fraud recovery, and construction defect.
The Orange County office will be located at 765 The City Drive South, Suite 380, Orange, California. With the opening of this office, the firm now has two locations in California as well as offices in Florida and Texas.
