Mr. Michener’s new responsibilities include:
· Planning, overseeing, and evaluating the firm’s marketing and advertising programs.
· Developing field sales action plans nationwide.
· Sustaining rapport with key accounts; exploring specific needs and anticipating opportunities.
· Improving service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on domestic market opportunities.
Michener has over 20 years of experience in the financial software and services market. Prior to that he served in the US Navy, and had three years of DOD contractor experience as a Project Manager and Site Manager, developing testing and training materials for the former Naval Air Warfare Center in Indianapolis.
