Ten days later, Chris Cox of Douglas Elliman Palm Beach showed the property and presented an offer the next day.  The contract was finalized on November 20, 2012, and the property closed before year end on December 28, 2012 for $3.6M.

In case the address has a familiar ring to it….previous owners have included Ivana Trump who sold it in 2004 for $1,850,000, and Ted W. Gossett , who sold it in 2009 for $2,550,000.
