Critics Bent On Censorship- Back Away From Battle

After careful consideration, Featherwood Publishing decides to keep M.T.Graves’ novel "People In The Curtains."

Jan. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Featherwood Publishing weighed the allegations against Graves’ book People in the Curtains and decided that when compared to other best sellers like The Hunger Games, Name of the Wind, The Sword of Truth or Game of Thrones, his book was mild, even benign. Their advice to Mr. Graves, “If the problem persists, pursue an older audience and rid yourself of the Young Adult listing.”
“Adequate advice,” Graves told us. “Teens will read whatever they want. I don’t need to market to Young Adults to draw their interests. So, here on out, I’ll avoid listing the book as a Young Adult novel, even though I was one of four finalists in the 2010 International Book Awards Contest, in the Young Adult category. Very ironic.”

Featherwood Publishing stands behind Mr. Graves and his decision.

M.T.Graves is currently writing his third installment in the People in the Curtains series. He hopes to have it ready in the summer of this year. He asks readers to watch for it by visiting his webpage at Featherwood Publishing.
