The game features the fictional town of the same name, and the University situated there. Explore the town, meet some of your fellow students and other citizens, and maybe even fall in love.
As you explore this world, you can meet:
Becky - A waitress at the cafe that's a year older than you. She dreams of a better life, but can she be part of your dreams?
Carla - An acquaintance at the University cafeteria, there is more to her than just a spotless, white uniform. Her fondness for you and stray cats might lead you into an opportunity to help her with her troubled past.
Linda - Someone you knew when you were younger, then met again when you returned to Alta for college. Can a childhood friend become more than just a friend?
Julie - A philosophy major working at a bookstore. It might seem like a bit of a cliche, but there is a reason that she might eventually call you "Charming".
The Mystery Art Student - You hear about her in every path, but can you find out who she really is, and save her from herself?
The demo version of the game introduces you to all of these fascinating characters, while the full version allows you to make choices to pick a future with one or more of them. Multiple paths mean that you can explore a number of good (and bad) endings. Hours of game play as you work your way through each relationship.
