Mr. Grimley states, “Obviously we are not a charity. But, we pride ourselves on being able to settle claims efficiently and will almost certainly obtain a better settlement than the client attempting to handle their own claim. So, we won’t make any charges to anyone unless their claim is settled successfully in their favour. In fact, where the policyholder uses one of our network contractors to carry out repairs to their homes, then there aren’t any fees payable to us at all, plus the client gets proper and secure guarantees to the work done for them!”
