RGS Financial is pleased to announce the promotion of Stefanie Ratcliff to Director of Compliance. After joining the RGS team in 2008, Stefanie has exhibited a firm understanding of industry functions and has quickly become a key employee. Stefanie's accounting background and specialized training in Compliance Management through the ACA International, positions her perfectly for this role.
As Director of Compliance, Stefanie will be responsible for quality monitoring and analysis, regulatory mandates, procedure management, state licensing and bonding, complaint management and other related functions. The Compliance Department plays an integral role in supporting RGS' efforts to provide exemplary service to our clients.
The Director of Compliance will report directly to Michael Ryalls, President of RGS. Mr. Ryalls had the following to say about this promotion, "We understand the importance of compliance as a company and from a client's perspective. It was important that we found someone who was well prepared to head our Compliance Department. Stefanie is a valuable employee for RGS and I am confident that she will do a great job as the Director."
