Mainstream Investors To Provide Capital To Finance Development In Williston Basin

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 14, 2013 - Mainstream Investors, LLC, a North Dakota-based private equity firm, announced today that it will be investing up to $10 million in 2013 in energy production and related development projects in western North Dakota’s Williston Basin. The Basin, known primarily for its prodigious Bakken and Three Forks oil shale formations, has experienced extraordinary development in recent years, both in the areas of oil production and in housing, infrastructure and industries that support energy production.
