Michael K. Allen has served as the elected Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney, a Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge and a police officer. He also appears as a legal analyst for Fox 19 News and 700 WLW Radio. The firm’s associate attorneys are all former prosecutors with significant trial experience.  The firm has recently added attorneys and staff with experience in the Warren County and Butler County courts, including the Common Pleas Courts, Mason Municipal Court, Lebanon Municipal Court, Warren County Court, and Butler County Area courts.  

The Cincinnati North Office will be led by J. Adam Engel.  Engel is the former assistant prosecutor in charge of appeals for Warren County.  He is an experienced trial lawyer, who has tried close to 100 cases — including high profile murder and sexual offense cases.  He is also an experienced appellate advocate who has handled appeals in the District Courts of Appeals as well as the Ohio Supreme Court and Federal Courts of Appeals.
