During the event, all employees were assembled and interacted with FINE’s key personnel highlighting the success of the previous year with challenges faced and lessons learnt. In the presence of FINE Levant sales managers from Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine, Iraq and Jordan, all attendees were presented with a plan for the coming period focusing on FINE’s targets and aspired goals under the umbrella of the new brand and products.
Employees were also acquainted with the new strategy “FINE Baby Product” to be initially launched in Iraq which is considered one of the prominent markets for FINE that plays a significant role in the strategy of 2013. FINE Iraq was represented by 66 employees from its sales team.
FINE has honored several employees acknowledging their good efforts and hard work throughout the year, being part of FINE’s continuous success and achievements.
