The Go-Ped ESR750 Li-Ion 24 Electric Scooter is essentially a 24 Ah version of the Go-Ped ESR750EX. This means that it employs three lithium ion battery packs. These battery packs afford the Go-Ped ESR750 Li-Ion 24 Electric Scooter a range of 12 miles in “Turbo” mode and 21 miles in “Econo” mode. This battery system can be fully recharged in 4.5 hours, using the external charger.
The owner of UrbanScooters.com, Frank Minero, had his own thoughts on the product launch: “I am always happy to include more Go-Ped products on our comparison shopping marketplace, but I’m especially pleased to add such an efficient electric model as the Go-Ped ESR750 Li-Ion DC-24.”
The standing platform, called the “deck,” is designed to be thin and light to promote speed and efficiency, and is made of Latvian Birch plywood. The 1000+ watt motor can propel the Go-Ped ESR750 Li-Ion DC-24 Electric Scooter at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. As with many Go-Ped scooters, Mad Dog disc brakes ensure adequate stopping power.
The scooter includes two modes of operation, called “Econo” and “Turbo” mode. The former is a more efficient but slower mode of operation, while the latter has a high maximum travel speed. This feature was designed so that users may have maximum control over their riding experience, and especially to allow users to control their environmental impact even further when they can.
