Fitness Company Offers Free Grocery Tour for their Clients

What you can expect during the tour- complete knowledge on what you should and shouldn’t eat, how to read food labels, when you should choose organic, how to save money when eating healthy, how to pick out produce, how do avoid the temptations, and we’ve included a meal plan with a shopping list to help get you started.

To take advantage of this invaluable tool all you have to do is become a boot camp member or personal training client. Grocery tours are offered once a month with a Registered Dietician on a first come first serve basis. You must pre-register and the cost to hold your spot is only $10.00 which will be refunded at the tour in the form of a $10.00 Publix Gift Card. Tours are limited to 8 people at a time.
