Jan. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- (DALLAS, Texas)  — Trinity Interests, an established woman owned commercial real estate management company based in Dallas, announced the successful close of two major real estate deals, and their appointment as property manager on both transactions.

Beverly Heflin and Denise Rachal of Trinity Interests served as buyer’s broker for the purchase of the Atrium at Campus Circle. The newly renovated building is located at 5800 E. Campus Circle at the intersection of President George Bush Turnpike and John Carpenter Freeway in Las Colinas.

Alecia Mackey, Trinity Interests Controller, coordinated financing for the 85,000 square foot Atrium building, as well as for the 74,000 square foot building at 1901 Gateway Drive in Las Colinas. The properties were financed in cooperation with Chad Sefcik of Wells Fargo. Mackey also coordinated the due diligence for both the Atrium and Gateway properties on behalf of Trinity Interests.

The buyer, a California based private investor who has a history with Trinity Interests, chose to work with the company based on the positive performance of their first investment, the O’Connor Ridge Office Building at 4545 Fuller Drive in Las Colinas. During Trinity Interest’s first year of management, the company reduced costs by $1 per square foot and helped increase tenant occupancy by 16 percent.

Repeat customers and a superior track record for referrals are part of what makes Trinity Interests stand out. More than half the company’s clients have been with Trinity for more than 10 years, and 35 percent of those have partnered with Trinity for more than 15 years. Two clients will celebrate their 20 year anniversary in 2013.

“We set ourselves apart by building positive relationships that foster enthusiastic repeat business. By managing every detail of each property and maximizing returns, we have earned clients’ trust as a flourishing business with a wide range of management and real estate capabilities. We are consistently growing to offer more and more services and will continue to thrive and compete within the Texas real estate arena,” said Heflin.

Founder and Owner Beverly Heflin, who was previously the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Dallas YWCA, began Trinity Interests in 1984 as an office leasing company. Today, the business manages more than 5 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space.
