Home Builders in Hilliard Ohio - NJW Construction Receives Awards

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 10, 2013 - I remember when I was a kid, my parents never bought houses for our family, they built them.  They would build one house then a couple years later, find a plot of land a couple miles away, sell the current house we were living in, and move into the newly built house.  To tell you the truth, I think they loved doing it.  My two sisters and I hated it, but it's what my mother usually wanted.  

Having a house for us was like having a car.  You drive the car for a couple years and eventually get tired of it - so you go out and buy a new one.  Well, having a new house every three to four years was about the norm for us.  So if you lived in my family, you got used to moving, even though we never moved out of town.  Amazing.

So, it was no surprise that my first house - I had a company build it.  I liked going to our builder while we were laying plans, telling them I would like to have an island in the kitchen or I would prefer brick on the front than regular siding.  Everything was customized and I loved the building experience.

Now when it came to the builders themselves, there were a lot of great companies.  One of the best was actually a Mennonite construction company that built one of my parent's houses.  They were easy to work with and did a great job.  However, this was back in the eighties.

Now, there is another great company based in Lancaster, Ohio, who does a lot of home construction in the Central Ohio area.  In fact, a month ago, they won not one, but two awards.  The first category they placed first in was "Residential Addition Over $250,000" and the second was "Residential Bath Under $30,000".  They faced heavy competition in both categories but came out on top.  The awards were given by none other than The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and Contractor of the Year (CotY).  These are the most prestigious awards given in the remodeling industry.  

A visit to the company's website - http://njwconstruction.com - shows not only pictures of houses that the company has built, but also kitchen and bathroom remodeling and design.  They do work all over the central Ohio area that would include Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin, Powell, Upper Arlington and a lot more places.  

Also on their website, shows MANY satisfied customers with their glowing review of what NJW Construction did for them.  This is proof that whatever project this company does, they do a top job.
